You are encouraged to report concerns about:
HR issues or concerns- violation of company policies or labor laws
Fraud, waste, or abuse
Neglect or exploitation of patients
Workplace violence, bullying, or harassment
Any behavior that feels unsafe, unethical, or inappropriate
Anything you believe should be investigated
